Rent Studio 3B for one day a week. On your day the room is yours alone, with no other artists working around you. It fits a class of up to 10, and it's a natural home for workshop teachers, art clubs, homeschool groups and painting circles. Split six ways, 3B-1 comes to about $63 a person for the month.

Six-month lease, one month's deposit. A retired seniors' art group already holds Wednesdays, and they love it.
Every Sunday, 11 to 5, Studio 3B becomes a shared studio for up to 8 artists. You get a locker for your supplies and a regular seat at the table, and you're working alongside other artists.

ArtHatch also has private studios with 24/7 access. They come with your name on the door and the website, a spot in the April group show, and Second Saturday open studios. They rarely open up, so ask what's available.
Tours by appointment. Gallery hours are Tuesday to Friday 11 to 5 and Saturday 12 to 5.
